Merry Christmas from Acute Engineering!

Dear Friends,

As we transition from constructing homes to building snow forts, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish you and yours a merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. It’s been a great year for us, and we’re sure it has been for you too.

Here are some highlights:

  • We’ve grown to having four licensed engineers and 31 team members
  • We’re still working from our Orem and Sandy offices, with licenses in six states
  • We’ve been privileged to participate and present in meetings for the Structural Engineers Association of Utah (SEAU), Brigham Young University (BYU), and chapters of the International Code Council (ICC)

We’re excited to work every day in the beautiful western United States and to be in the business of making our clients’ lives easier. Here’s what one of them, John Phippen, has to say about us: “Acute Engineering is a master of structural design. They have an engineering system that provides consistent and timely results. Their passion for engineering excellence is evident in all they do. Acute Engineering helps me understand and envision the end product, which, as a result, ensures that my projects are not only functional, but exceptionally designed and aesthetically pleasing as well. They are the most professional and organized engineering firm I've partnered with.” Looking forward to next year, you can be confident that we're here to stay as the premier light-frame structural engineering firm in Utah.

We hope for your continued success during the holiday season and throughout 2018.

All the best,

Paul Thorley and the Acute Team
